Prawn salad from Hotel La Catedral - Cadiz Our chef prepares the most traditional dishes from Cadiz culture, using fresh, natural products from all over the province. Thus, we are able to offer you delicious specialities like:

Assortment of fried fish, Octopus salad with potatoes and avocado in mustard sauce, Prawns in garlic and chilli oil, Chick peas with langoustines or Black rice with cuttlefish and alioli sauce.

You will also be able to taste the fish and shellfish that the wonderful Bay of Cadiz and the Gibraltar Strait have to offer and the cold meats, sausages, cheese and Retinto meat from the Cadiz Mountains. This can all be accompanied with a wide selection of local wines.

On request, our chef will be open to any suggestions and can prepare any special dishes in terms of food allergies or intolerances.
